Plumbing Rates: Transparent Pricing Across Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, and the GTA
At Levstein & Stern, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our rates are competitive and clearly outlined below, ensuring you know exactly what to expect before we begin any work.
A standard fee of $15 truck charge/sundries fee is applied to every invoice.
Residential Rates
Standard: $220 for the first hour (one hour minimum). $85 each additional half hour.
Emergency: $345 for the first hour (one hour minimum). $135 for each additional half hour.
Commercial Rates
Standard: $250 for the first hour (one hour minimum). $140 for each additional hour.
Emergency: $400 for the first hour (one hour minimum). $225 for each additional hour.
Continuation Service Fee
$50
When a job requires a return visit after the initial service appointment (due to parts ordering, testing, access limitations or additional approved work, other reasons for return that are out of our control), a continuation fee will apply. This fee covers reserved scheduling time, travel, vehicle and operational costs, and ensures priority continuation of your service without restarting the job process. A continuation fee will not be charged for a warranty call, wrong diagnoses, technician error or parts we should have had/known we needed.
The continuation fee does not inlcude labour or material, which are billed separately. Labour charges for continuing calls will start at the half hour rate of $85
